Become Part of the Institute’s Community
The Institute of Integrated Systems Thinking (IIST) advances its mission through a diverse community of scholars, translators, educators, researchers, authors, volunteers, and professionals who contribute in different capacities. Rather than relying solely on traditional employment, the Institute operates through a network of scholarly appointments, publishing partnerships, project-based engagements, internships, and institutional collaborations.
The Institute values long-term relationships and welcomes contributors at every stage of their academic and professional journey.
This model reflects the interdisciplinary and international character of the Global Lineage Initiative. Whether contributing original scholarship, translating historical texts, mentoring students, managing publishing initiatives, conducting research, or supporting educational programs, every contributor helps advance the Institute’s mission.
The opportunities below represent the principal pathways through which individuals and institutions contribute to the Institute’s mission.
